As a referral associate, your real estate license must be active with the state of Florida and remain in good standing. The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires continuing education and payment of dues to maintain an active license.

Yes, LBR is a completely independent brokerage, founded in 2013 in sunny St. Petersburg, FL.  You may choose any licensed agent in our office. Have an out-of-state lead? Don’t worry about if you don’t know any good agents, we have the resources and experience to help you find the perfect agent for your client’s needs.  You can refer to residential, commercial, new construction, and even land deals.
